Desensitisation Protocol

Dosing Schedule

Step Dose Formulation Cumulative Dose

2 10 mg 1 × Tablet 20 mg
3 10 mg 1 × Tablet 30 mg

Interval: 30 minutes between doses. Total Dose: 30 mg.

  • Monitor for signs of hypersensitivity (rash, itch, respiratory distress) between steps.
  • This protocol is specific for immediate-type reactions. For delayed muscle symptoms (SAMS), a different clinical approach is required.
