Preparation¶
Testing Method
PPI testing is typically performed via Oral Graded Challenge (OGC). Skin testing (SPT) with reconstituted oral formulations (40 mg/mL Neat) may be performed but has limited validated sensitivity.

- 2 × Rabeprazole 20 mg tablets
- Water for swallowing
- Observation chart
